I must say Kevmin I really admire your persistence, I initially thought you were going to give up on this after a short while but you've really made a significant amount of progress on this gargantuan task. I think once the 2018 and 2019 supplements are comprehensively covered, then it will be worth giving a direct link from the main article. Thanks for all the hard work so far. Thanks Hemiauchenia, its taken me a while, but every group except Coleoptera and Arachnids are now done. I will start in on the beetles a little tonight, but I'll be heading out on vacation for two weeks on Sunday. I'll be visiting the Klondike Mountain Formation in Republic, Washington so I may be distracted with the fossil collections of the Stonerose Interpretive Center until I get back.--Kevmin § 03:04, 12 June 2020 (UTC)

Its down to locating and adding images when I get moments, the IP who maintains the years in paleontology articles has started to update here as well. Long article; time to split

At 567,127 bytes, this is currently the second longest article on en.wiki, and it appears to still be growing. Given its structure, it's also a pretty easy one to split into chunks.

As a first step, I propose breaking out all the animals into Paleofauna of Burmese amber. Further splits can be evaluated down the road, I think. pauli133 (talk) 10:50, 12 July 2020 (UTC)

If it does get split, the most logical would indeed be taking insects and moving them to Insect paleobiota of Burmese amber.--Kevmin § 00:35, 20 July 2020 (UTC)

The main problems with large size are that there can be issues with slower broadband connections and mobile connections, and that it becomes increasingly difficult for readers to navigate and read these large articles, often abandoning them.
